I offer small group exercise classes online via Zoom video link, or I can come to you in the privacy of your own home.  So if you gave up exercising years ago or you simply don't know how to get started, please give me a call.

These classes are a great way to lengthen and strengthen the muscles of the body, improve posture and create energy, leaving you feeling fresh and energised.

The tuition and classes are professionally and thoughtfully conducted and your individual needs are always carefully considered.

No experience is required and all ages are welcome.
