Hi

My name is Anne and I am the teacher for Bodies Yoga.

My aim is to create a safe place where you can strengthen your mind and body.  I teach Dru yoga, a mixture of soft and strong postures and sequences, all adaptable for ease and flow. 

There is no ego in these classes, Bring your body, your soul and your smile
