The Teacher


I have been passionate about health and well-being all of my life.  Originally this took me into nursing, with health and fitness as a hobby, but I then went on to open my own Health and fitness club; Bodies Health Club & Spa.

My interest in Yoga grew following a personal search for an activity that would not only help with my physical fitness but also my mental well-being.  I began studying Dru Yoga about 9 years ago and soon noticed significant benefits in both my physical and mental well-being.

I took the decision to become a teacher of Dru Yoga so that I could help other people reap the same benefits - the results are amazing!  I qualified as a Dru Yoga teacher at the International School of Dru Yoga in 2010 and am a registered Dru Yoga teacher.
