Ladies Strength & Tone

 

As some of you will know I am passionate about health and exercise.  In the past I operated a health club in Ilkley, and during this time it became clear to me that often ladies were uncomfortable and unsure what to do with dumbbells and weight training in general.   Although they wanted the results weights work was seen as a male domain.   I believe the same situation still exists in many gyms today.  So if you have never lifted weights, don't know where to start, never quite knew what you were doing in the gym, got bored, intimidated or never got help and supervision? Then Bodies weights program is for you!

As well as being a qualified Dru Yoga teacher I am also a qualified weight trainer and I believe that yoga is complementary to weight training and vice versa.
